Come enjoy our brand new, year round, cabins. The cabins are 20' X 36' with vaulted ceilings, two bedrooms (1 double and 1 single bed in each bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room), full bath and shower, in-floor heat, knotty pine paneling, deck, log siding, satellite TV/DVD player, microwave, fridge, stove, BBQ gas grill, and a dock space. Capacity 7. No Smoking.

CABIN RATES  (All cabin rentals come with a boat & motor)

• Saturday - Saturday (7 nights / 7days) - $550.00
• Monday - Thursday (4 nights / 4 days) - $350.00
• Friday - Sunday (3 nights / 3 days) - $350.00
• Check-in times are 3:00 pm and Check out times are 9:00 am.
• Bed linens are provided. Towels and washcloths are NOT provided.
• Pets are welcome. We charge $40/week extra if you have them in the cabins. See our Pet Policy.

SEASONAL SITES

• Rates for a seasonal site is $1200.00/year.
• Electric, sewer, & water.

Our Pet Policy:  Pets are allowed in our cabins but must not be left unattended.  We require that pets be kept on leash and that you clean up after your animal.  Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pet(s). Please note that we will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by dog fights. We do have a dog ourselves.  Any loss, damage, or extensive cleaning incurred will be charged to you. $40/week/pet.

All Holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum stay.

Fall and Winter daily rates require a 3 night minimum stay.
All bed linens are provided, extras are available.  Please request linens for hide-a-beds when making reservation.

Towels and washcloths are NOT provided.

A 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.
The full amount of your reservation must be paid even if you leave early. No credit or refunds will be given for late arrival or early departure.
VISA and MasterCard Accepted.

• Minnesota State Law requires one life jacket per person onboard every watercraft. You must provide your own life jackets. Children age 9 and under are now required to wear a life jacket at all times while on board any watercraft.  A throwable seat cushion flotation device is also required to be on board all watercraft 16 feet long or longer.
• Seat cushions are not legal in lieu of life jackets.  
• Gas and Oil is not included in boat/motor rentals. 
• We do not sell fishing licenses or bait.
• A fish cleaning house is available and extra freezer space is free of charge.
• Heated fish cleaning facilities for winter fishing.

Please respect our check-in and check-out times so that we can properly clean all of the cabins. Thank you!

Deposits are refundable if reservation is canceled more than 60 days before your arrival date. If cancellation is received less than 60 days before your arrival it will be refunded (less a $20 cancellation fee) only if we are able to re-rent your cabin.  You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Daily reservations require a one night rental deposit.
