Come live a truly north woods experience. If you listen real close you can hear the swoosh of the knockers as the natives harvest wild rice or the sounds of a log drive headed north to the Bigfork River. The howl of the Timber Wolf, cry of the Loon, and the singing of the frogs will lull you to sleep at night.

We are located on the North end of the Sand-Bowstring chain of lakes at the beginning of the Bowstring River in the heart of the Chippewa National forest.

We have a truly unique location. You can fish the river or just a short boat ride away is Sand Lake.

Spring brings the best walleye action of the year. The walleye spawn in the river and as the water temperature rises they move past our resort into Little and Big Sand Lakes. The perch and Northern also spawn in the river and are easily caught close to our location.

In the summer the fish move towards the humps and islands on Big Sand. There are literally dozens of great structures to fish. Big Sand has some beautiful sand beaches you can boat to for and afternoon picnic and swim.

Fall is magical as the hardwood forests turn golden colors of red, yellow, and orange. This is truly a sportsman's dream. The fishing is great. Grouse, Ducks, Bear, Deer are all around us. A combo fishing and hunting trip is a great fit for the sportsman.

Winter brings Dark house spearing, Ice fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, and snowshoeing. The west Bowstring snowmobile trail comes right into our back yard.
